1) The Head Office and in-house development center of MN4SOFT is situated in Jaipur, India.
2) Our main area of work is to provide design and development work for Websites, Mobile Applications, also we provide services like Business Analysis (BA), Quality Analysis (QA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Marketing for websites & mobile apps, Pay Per Click (PPC), R&D and Project Management.
3) MN4SOFT take and work on projects as time and material basis, however we are not rigid for the same and can also work on fixed cost projects as only if asked/demanded by the client (subject to the agreement).
4) We demand for the complete requirement of any project to understand it in a better way, so that we can provide a ballpark estimate along with time & cost. All cost estimates are excluding the VAT or any other taxes.
5) After sending estimates to clients, it will be valid for a month from the date of issue.
6) Payments are to be paid in advance as per the hiring mode hourly, daily, weekly or monthly to get your work assigned to developer/designer resources.
7) We allocate dedicated resource(s) based on the project requirements along with other technical support staff like Team Leaders and Project Managers only if requested and agreed form client end.
8) MN4SOFT development center is based in Jaipur, India. Our working days and timings are Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (IST) which is GMT +5:30 / BST +4.30. All the national and public holidays will be notified in advance and proper communication will be done before holidays, so that work will be scheduled accordingly, the holidays are mostly compensated by working extra hours on weekdays or weekends.
9) Service quality that we try to match is the best from the industries and also we believe in delivering the solution as per the international quality standards within the stipulated time.
10) We always try to give our clients prompt response on all correspondence like Emails, Skype and WhatsApp.
11) MN4SOFT and their staff are committed to show the integrity, dedication, courtesy and professional attitude towards all our clients.
12) Our main communication modes are Skype / Emails / Phone / WhatsApp to update our clients.
13) We follow working on agile methodology and keep our client posted about their daily work progress and updates.
14) We try to find and assign an alternative suitable resource if the person to whom you were working with, is not available.
15) We are very cost-effective as compare to our competitors in the segment but at the same time, we believe and guarantee the best quality of work beyond the segment.
16) You should share the complete instructions and requirements, so that we can provide you the appropriate time and cost estimates.
17) Please send all the project information or instructions to the assigned resource(s) that have been assigned on your project either developer/designer and project manager if any.
18) We request you to check the work progress and daily updates to keep things on place.
19) You should be prompt for all the communication to send us proper feedback for any work done on your project, so that total time of the project won’t be increased (if you fail to do so then the time might increase from the total time required to complete the project).
20) Please let us know in advance if you are planning to go away in future and won’t be able to respond, so that we can schedule the work accordingly.
21) If you are not satisfied with any provided service(s) then please let us know as we won’t be able to resolve the problem from which we are not aware of.
22) We won’t work directly on your live site/server unless and until it is required or asked by you.
23) We do have on a few set of test data but if you want us to use specific data then you have to provide us the test/live copy of that data.
24) If dedicated resource(s) are allocated on your project then it is your duty to provide them enough tasks to fill their day.
25) We won’t tolerate any abuse or misbehave of staff members.
26) You must not try to engage/involve in any of activity/work with our clients directly, within the time while we are working together or one year by the end of agreement.
27) You must not hire/contact our resources to work with you directly, within the time while we are working together or one year by the end of agreement.
28) If we found any rupture for the above 2 Clauses (#26 and #27) then in that case we put claim against you for all the damages, which includes claim for all losses of profits and any other sort of loss or expense which bring upon us, as the result of your rupture.
29) We divide the projects in chunks or modules to create tasks and milestones, so would like our clients to check, test and signoff those modules as this is very useful and important strategy to make a project completely successful, so you should do this timely to avoid delay of your project overall timeline.
30) If the project is completed and fully tested within the timeline including all the tasks and requirements and there were no delays in the total time of the project due to feedbacks from you or any additional tasks/work added while the time of development then we will treat the project as completed and move it to your server. Once the project is completed and moved to your server after agreed and accepted by you then if any bug/issue occur in your system then MN4SOFT won’t be the responsibility for the same, however we may provide assistance/support on your demand/request for the sake of good working relationship but that will be treated as additional work/service with extra cost, depends on the requirement and time.
31) If we won’t get any response for any completed task from client within a week then that task will be treated as completed from our side and any further support for that particular task will be treated as extra work and levied additional charges.
32) We always suggest and recommend the use of demo/staging server to our clients and also try not to work directly on live sites/servers but sometimes development takes places on live servers due to short of time as requested by client, some licensing issues or may be some other technical constraints, in that case it will always be client’s responsibility to take/have the complete backup of the work and we only do the work on live server on client’s own risk.
33) You first invoice payment is an acceptance of all these terms and conditions.
34) We do have different invoices mode like hourly, daily, weekly and monthly.
35) Hourly invoices are available in slots of 10 (minimum is 10 hours) and any purchased hours will be valid for 3 months if already not used.
36) Daily invoices are calculated based on 8 working hours a day.
37) Weekly invoices are calculated on the basis of 8 hours a day, working a 5 days a week.
38) Monthly invoices are calculated based on 22 working days a month.
39) The invoices must be paid in the currency in which they are agreed and issued.
40) Invoices will be issued and must be paid in advance to give a kick start to work on your project.
41) We may put your project on a temporary hold if your payment for invoices is outstanding and in that case we reserve all the rights for the final decision.
42) All the prices are calculated as per the standard rates of MN4SOFT which can be changed at any time on a one month’s prior notice to you.
